I used to list prices for all work below, until many competitors started quoting slightly lower prices over the phone,
then surprising customers with hidden fees. I don't do that. Our services are widely understood in the state of Florida as both the best and the most economical.

Rats in the Attic
*All rats will be eliminated via the
use of dozens of traps placed strategically
through the attic.

is sealed to prevent any rats from ever getting

Squirrels in the Attic
*This is the standard fee regardless of how many squirrels are there, whether 1 or 10.

*This is the price for barriers placed at ground level, into the ground- click for example.
Dead Animal Removal (outside, location known)
*No extra service fee applies, just a flat one-time charge.
*Spot treatment of location with Bioshield, if necessary, to avoid attracting other animals.
Dead Animal Removal (location unknown)
*One flat fee for search and removal. I am the best you will find.
*Dead body is found about 94% of the time, except cases where body location is impossible to reach.
*Odor relief services/devices available in cases of inaccessible body.
Attic Decontamination with BioShield
*Decontamination/Deodorization recommended for heavily soiled attics (rats, squirrels, opossum, raccoons)

Late Night Emergency Calls
*All calls requiring immediate service after 9:00 PM constitute emergency cases.

Commercial Properties - Fees for commercial properties
vary from those listed above for residential work. Factors such as size of building, complexity of work and terms/conditions of property
management can all affect the price of work, which is typically (but not always) higher than residential work.
Don't live in the Orlando area? I can handle calls outside of the greater Orlando area (Orange & Seminole County). A travel
fee of $1.00 per mile based on round trip will be added to each service call. For example, if you want me to travel to Tampa, at 86 miles
away, a $172 travel fee per trip will be assessed, in addition to the regular rates. We work primarily in Orlando, but are available in these areas as well:

Nuisance Wildlife Control is a specialty business. It requires a unique set of skills and more knowledge than
most people realize. It is also a field with unique risks. Nuisance wildlife control operators take care of
difficult problems that few people can properly or safely handle. We are not backwoods buck-toothed yokel trappers. We
are state licensed professionals. People seem to have no problem paying the electrician or plumber
for their skills, and you won't find them crawling in a hot attic to remove a litter of raccoons with an angry mother
raccoon lurking nearby! The skill set of a nuisance wildlife controller exceeds that of the average service profession.
